The successful outcome of each phase of the productino cycle is checked by qualified personnel to ensure full compliance with contractual specifications and applicable technical standards.

The following inspections are carried out at Sesia Fucine:

•      Chemical analysis

•      Hardness test

•      Ultrasonic test

•      Magnetic particle test

•      Liquid penetrant test

•      Dimensional check with gauges or FARO-arm for 3D measurements

Mechanical and Technological testing are carried out in external ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. 

​

The shipping department can provide, on request of the customer, special packages suitable for road and ship transport.
